⑤ If the packaging of a product that can be reproduced is damaged

⑥ For custom-made products produced with prior agreement (e.g., made-to-order items)

※ However, if the product differs from its description·advertisement or in case of a breach of contract, the right of withdrawal remains even if the above reasons apply

Refunds will be processed within 3 business days after the returned product arrives and its condition is verified
